Town Center: Essen / SPIEL

This city-building game features two maps inspired by Essen and the SPIEL board-game fair. Players develop urban areas by placing buildings and managing space, with each map introducing distinct spatial challenges: Essen emphasizes the value of available parking, while SPIEL divides the city into three halls with limited room for movement. The set includes four double-sided player boards and an A5 rulesheet explaining the special rules for both maps.
