Transcendent's Edge

A campaign book for the Valiant Universe RPG, set around a secret Project Rising Spirit facility hidden beneath Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary. The facility contains villains, creatures, and alien entities while powerful organizations compete to control its unknown energies. The book details San Francisco’s history, politics, geography, power brokers, and their agendas, along with new rules and Player and Non-Player Characters. Players guide an expedition into the transforming facility, choosing from different difficulty tracks and resolving more than forty Event Briefs that shape each session.
