Twin Stars: Adventure Series I
Two cosmic adventurers face cooperative scenarios that require planning and dice manipulation. Players roll and spend dice to trigger special abilities and build combos, using three scenario cards plus character cards. Sessions use players’ own dice and tokens and support a solo system that adapts scenarios and characters for varied play. The collection includes six scenarios and a dozen characters, allowing many unique combinations and modular replayability.

A little dice game with strong theme but not-so-good mechanics. PROS - The mechanics in each scenario do a good job representing the situations the characters are involved in. - Some combinations offer interesting choices when allocating dice. CONS - The game in general has much more luck than decision making. - The rules are a bit fiddly, due to the cards not being able to explain every scenario-specific mechanic in great detail. - Some combinations offer less interesting choices, turning the game into a dice chucking festival, or rely too much onto luck in order to win the game.
