A four-player investigative scenario for the Call of Cthulhu system that explores morally fraught choices involving violence, illness and suicide. Players assume investigators probing a sequence of crimes and strange occurrences in the swamps of southern Louisiana, following clues, questioning witnesses and confronting escalating revelations tied to the Mythos. The scenario emphasizes ethical dilemmas over traditional cosmic horror: characters must weigh saving a loved one against harm to others, judge the worth of lives, and respond to a villain whose actions have both benevolent and horrific consequences. Play tests convictions through investigation, moral decision points and their personal costs.
