Vicious Villains III: Scoundrels of Science

A collection of ten pre-generated supervillains for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition, each drawing power from science, technology, psychic abilities, or alien origins. The characters range from power levels 6 to 15 and include an amphibious thug, relic-obsessed aristocrat, airborne technological menace, cyborg, mad scientist, serial killer, and alien nihilist. The villains can serve as antagonists in a superhero campaign or as characters for an all-villain game. Character sheets list point totals for straightforward customization by players or Game Masters.
