The book adds War Descriptors and War Features, along with offensive, defensive, movement, utility, and other powers such as Hand-to-Hand Expert, Guns & Ammo, Sniper, Body Armor, Stealth Training, Ace, Driller, Arsenal, Recon Tech, and Survivalist. It also introduces complications including Disability, Grizzled, and Politicized.
