It presents the history and cultures of seven major cities, along with artwork, seven short stories, and guidance for collecting and painting their Citadel miniatures. The book includes rules for fielding these combined forces in tabletop battles, with 54 warscrolls, allegiance abilities, command traits, artefacts, spell lores, warscroll battalions, and city-specific rules. It also contains a themed battleplan, Path to Glory rules, and additional missions.
