An adult party game expansion for 3–10 players, featuring 155 explicit phrase cards and 6 blank cards. Players form teams and attempt to read and interpret phrases while wearing cheek retractors, often producing distorted and unexpected results. The cards are designed for use with the original mouthguard-based game.
