Weird Lore

A setting supplement for Numenera that explores the strange history, geography, and possibilities of the Scattered Lands. It examines different approaches to weirdness and provides material for shaping campaigns around toxic deserts, the Sootsea, ancient ruins, and the remnants of the Xendalian civilization. Five themed sections introduce new player and GM material, including a Xendalian descriptor, the dream-trading city of Mirage, mutation-based sub-descriptors, the nomadic Clang One, and the floating islands of the Hanging Pelagus. Adventures can uncover lost histories, alien experiments, and secrets reaching beyond the Ninth World.
