Battles take place across Sicily, Italy, France, Germany, Russia, Burma, and the Pacific theater, with situations including amphibious landings, partisan raids, armored attacks, defensive actions, breakouts, and reconnaissance missions. The scenarios feature forces from Canada, Germany, France, Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union, Romania, China, and Burma.
