Winter Court: Shiro Kyotei

A one-round interactive adventure for low- and mid-rank characters in Living Rokugan. The Emperor orders representatives of all the Clans to gather at Shiro Kyotei during winter and settle their differences under the authority of the Son of Heaven. The scenario includes an outline, two mini-adventures—Taka’s Quest and A Winter Haunting—and a collection of supporting handouts, presented across three PDF files.
