Write the Future

Build a criminal neon empire in a cyberpunk future with pen and paper. Fill a player sheet with agents, intel, weapons, and money while completing missions, unlocking bonuses, and manipulating black-market resources. Each round, dice are placed on Neighborhood Cards and players draft combinations of cards and dice. Dice colors determine resources, while their values indicate where they can be drawn on the District Sheet. Completing rows and columns unlocks bonuses and creates combos. The game ends when a player completes four rows or columns or maxes out three black-market resources, and victory points come from missions, bonuses, and the black market.
