Xaursi

This supplement introduces the xaursi, an owl-like avian humanoid race from a lost world in the Blood Space Campaign Setting. It includes lore about their society and history, rules for creating xaursi player characters, a racial feat, and guidelines for using xaursi as NPCs. Xaursi can coalesce points of light across their feathers to create intricate displays.
