The Gilded Realms

Players rule rival medieval-fantasy kingdoms over two ages, developing five provinces, managing resources, and expanding income. Each round players plan and execute two builds while balancing economic growth, fortifications, and military actions against invading forces and rival realms. Caravan trade and event-driven economic choices generate Gold and Gems, while armies can raid opponents’ hinterlands to seize resources and Endeavour cards. The game uses hybrid simultaneous turns and risk assessment as factions pursue different strategic paths. After twelve rounds, players score Victory Points and receive titles based on their standings to determine the winner.
