The One Hundred Torii

Players build a tranquil Japanese garden by placing landscape tiles to expand a shared board and create paths between landmarks. Movement across the garden scores journey points for passing through torii gates and visiting fountains, flowers, and shrines, while meeting characters such as poets, samurai, gardeners, vendors, and geisha grants bonuses or objectives. Each turn a player may take an optional help action, place a tile to grow the garden, claim any earned rewards, and then draw replacement tiles; play continues until the last tile is drawn and everyone has one final turn.
