City of Gears: Juggernaut Mini Expansion

This mini-expansion adds a special city tile, a unique gear, and a juggernaut miniature, with its own rules. When included in the game, the tile is placed in the middle of the map. Activating it moves the juggernaut into a neighboring tile and destroys an opponent’s worker there.
