A strange religious group of librarians and prison guards worships Nihlos, Goddess of Death and Punishment. Before convicted criminals are executed, the cult extracts a summary of their lives. This resource provides the cult’s framework, sample NPCs, a map of a prison library, and adventure hooks for incorporating it into a roleplaying campaign.
