A scenario book for pre-dreadnought naval warfare, covering the Great White Fleet and conflicts it might have faced during its 1907–1908 voyage. Seven battle scenarios and twenty-five operational scenarios explore historical war plans and possible conflicts involving Venezuela, Japan, and the defense of the Philippines. Playing the scenarios requires maps and pieces from several other Great War at Sea games.
