Heirs of the Wizard King

Players take the roles of rival heirs training to become the next Wizard King after the current king is murdered by a Black Wizard. Each wizard color provides a unique spell that can be commanded for a single use or absorbed as a weaker permanent ability that can be developed over time. Players forge increasingly difficult Chains of Wizards by matching cards of any color and number while competing to advance on the score track. At the end of every turn, the Black Wizard’s Chain gains a card, and the ritual advances whenever the deck is exhausted. Players must work together to stop the ritual, but only one heir can claim the throne.
