Colored cows become happier when they have their favorite farmer, good hay, sunny weather, and a pleasant stable. Players try to care for their own cows while making it harder for others to do the same. Each player starts with three double-sided cow cards and a stable. On a turn, a player takes a face-up card or draws from the pile, adding cow cards or resolving action cards that change moods, move cows, steal them from opponents, or place them inside or outside stables. A face-up card may also be discarded instead of drawing. When the draw pile runs out, the player with the most happy cows after penalties for sad cows wins.
