Korea: Fire and Ice

A moderately complex operational wargame covering the first year of the Korean War, with divisions maneuvering across a map at a weekly turn scale. Players move units in impulses, spending supplies to continue operations while maintaining reserves to respond to enemy actions. Supply lines become increasingly difficult to maintain during advances, and detection is essential for locating opposing forces. The game also models air battles between F-86s and MiG-15s, political restrictions on surrogate wars, possible Soviet intervention, nuclear weapons, and U.S. naval support and invasions. Scenarios cover battles and campaigns of varying sizes, alongside a grand campaign.
