Moral Conflict 1941

Set in summer 1941 during the opening of Operation Barbarossa, this global strategy game covers the Axis, Soviet Union, United States, and other powers as they compete across World War II. Players direct military campaigns, manage resources and economic growth, apply diplomatic pressure, and develop new technologies. They may follow historical paths, pursue the oil-rich Middle East, or attempt decisive attacks in other theaters, including the Pacific. The game supports cooperative and competitive play in a non-turn-based format, with events and decisions unfolding continuously. Players can use one or combine five dimensions—military, economic, diplomatic, technological, and moral—as they build influence and respond to the actions of other powers.
