Each round, players receive eight cards numbered from 1 to 50 and predict the value of the tricks they expect to win. Predictions use a permitted range: narrower ranges are worth more game points if correct. Players then compete for tricks, with the highest numbered card winning. A trick’s value equals the total number of goat heads on its cards plus the number of the lowest card played. The player who took the last trick leads the next one. Correct predictions score 2 to 5 game points, and the player with the most points after several rounds wins.
