Risk G.I. JOE: Special Missions

Players join either G.I. Joe or Cobra and compete across three rounds to complete missions, resolve plots, and score objective points. Five scenarios guide conflicts in hotspots around the world. Different unit types have varying movement, initiative, and battle bonuses. Action cards provide additional ways to move and gain units, while scenario and objective cards shape strategy. Defeated units return to play over time.
