The Great Harbor

Build a Roman colony in the Mediterranean, trade through the Great Harbor of Carthage, construct trading ships, and fight Cilician pirates. Draft dice from a common pool and place them as workers on matching harbor slots to perform actions, with die values determining their strength. Gather shipbuilding resources, expand colony capacity, hire workers and diplomats, and send ships to trade with cities across the Mediterranean. After six rounds, score ships, buildings, senate influence, and objectives.
