Twilight Inscription: The Council Keleres Faction

The Keleres call for all willing factions to send forth their best agents. This free print-and-play faction card adds new rules to the game. During setup, claim the Mecatol Rex system and explore each adjacent system without writing a name on its sheet. Once per strategy event, 2 Votes may be spent as 1 Trade Good. Tribunii icons grant access to dotted assets, and drawing a fourth tribune places a name on the Mecatol Rex sheet and triples its rewards.
