BattleBoard
Players command a small force of four knights and one king, arranged on the back row opposite a central dividing wall. On a turn a player moves one piece one space orthogonally, then uses an “air catapult” mechanic by pressing a plunger into a vacant space on their side to try to pop an opponent’s piece from the corresponding square. Pieces popped by the catapult are removed from play until their owner advances the king to the front row at the dividing wall, which allows reclaiming one captured knight but also reveals the king’s forward position. The objective is to be the first to occupy two spaces in the front row adjacent to the dividing wall.
