Catch the Moon
Players take turns rolling a die and placing a wooden ladder on a growing, precarious stack in the clouds. Each roll dictates placement constraints: the ladder must touch one other ladder, two ladders, or become the highest point, and pieces shift as the structure grows. Falling ladders give players raindrop penalties; the game ends when a set number of raindrops has been assigned and the player with the fewest raindrops wins. The game combines simple dexterity stacking with risk management and variable placement dictated by dice.
