Operation
Players play as surgeons performing delicate extractions from a squeaky, light‑up patient board. On a turn a player draws or follows a card that specifies which oddly themed body part or piece to remove, then uses tethered tweezers to lift the piece from its cavity without touching the metal edge. Contact with the metal triggers a buzzer and light, indicating a failed attempt; successful removals earn money. Gameplay focuses on steady hand dexterity and risk management, and the player with the most cash after all pieces are removed wins.
