Different modules change objectives and challenges: interchangeable action decks introduce contracts, celebrity clientele, luggage management, or mystery elements that affect scoring and strategy. Cards physically represent train cars and form a tableau that tracks each player’s growing empire, and limited action availability forces players to pick paths and prioritize improvements.
