Lightning Train

Players run rival railway companies across North America, expanding stations and laying train lines to deliver goods to cities that demand them. Gameplay centers on bag-building: players draft and add chips to a personal bag, then draw and place those chips each round to take actions, open stations, move trains and deliver cargo. Strategic planning and route control matter as players balance acquiring new chips with securing key stations and leveraging special lightning trains to accelerate deliveries. The game uses a shared map divided into regions, player boards, cards and many tokens to track resources, stations and progress over multiple rounds.
