Heir to the Pharaoh
In ancient Egypt, Bast and Anubis compete for the Pharaoh’s favor and the right to inherit his kingdom. Over eight rounds, players build Shrines, Sun Temples, Obelisks, and a Pyramid by playing cards, placing tiles, bidding, collecting sets, and controlling areas of the board. Each round, the gods grant different abilities, allowing players to place and align monuments, build networks, gain influence, and secretly contribute to the Pyramid. Used cards are exchanged between opponents at the end of each round, requiring careful hand management. When the Pyramid is completed, the player with the most points becomes the heir.
