2008 · Territory Building
Horus
Players take on rival pharaohs vying to shape the Nile valley by laying tiles and playing cards to alter the landscape and expand influence. On each turn, players draw and play cards to place tiles that convert desert into marsh, hills, or fertile farmland, then place wooden markers to claim regions and score points. Special actions include building necropolises to block opponents and pursuing temple favor for bonuses. The game combines tile-drafting and hand-management with area control and tactical interaction, using a large pool of tiles and cards to create a changing map and strategic choices each play.

Tom4.1 Eh, nothing new to see here, folks. A good game, but marred by the theme and the fact that it's kind of "same old, same old".
