Carcassonne: Winter Edition

Place square landscape tiles to create a snowy medieval region of roads, cities, monasteries and fields. Players deploy follower meeples as knights in cities, farmers on farms, thieves on roads or monks in cloisters to score points as features are completed. Gameplay follows the base rules: draw and lay tiles matching edges, decide whether and where to place a follower, then resolve scoring for finished features. This edition includes the standard tile set with additional winter-themed tiles and optional small expansions that add river and gingerbread tiles in some printings.
