Katamino
Players fit polyomino-style pieces made from five unit squares (plus small 1- and 2-square fillers) into a variable rectangle on a gridded board. A sliding divider sets the target rectangle size so puzzles range from four pieces up to the full 12-piece set. In competitive modes, players take turns placing pieces onto the shared grid until one cannot play and loses, or each player works on a separate half of the board trying to pack their chosen set of pieces and fillers perfectly. Gameplay emphasizes spatial planning and packing rather than luck.
