Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation

An asymmetrical, hidden-identity board game for two players set in Middle-earth. Each player fields nine unique characters whose identities are hidden from the opponent and moves them across a tactical board. Combat is resolved using a hand of nine unique cards per player that are played when characters clash. Victory conditions differ: the Free Peoples side wins by moving the Ring-bearer into Mordor, while the Evil side wins by killing the Ring-bearer or by infiltrating the Shire with three evil characters.

Not a fan of this kind of bluffing 2 player game. There isn't enough information or variation to make it interesting. This kind of head to head lying doesn't excite me.

One of the best bluffing games I have ever played. There is strategy, but a lot of bluffing - as to which piece you are moving, which card you are playing, etc.
