2016 · Exploration
Oceanos
Players command individual submarines on a short, simultaneous-action campaign of underwater exploration. On each turn players draft and play cards to reveal marine species, build a coral reef, send divers to recover treasures, and collect crystals to upgrade five independent submarine modules. Upgrades to each module increase its level and change how that part contributes to actions and scoring; players share the same upgrade options but may prioritize different paths. The game resolves over a fixed number of rounds with multiple scoring routes, combining set collection and tableau development into a compact family-friendly experience.
