Programmer's Nightmare
Players build a shared program by taking turns laying out instruction cards, each marked with an ownership bit. As the line of interrelated instructions grows, players decide how their own instructions function and try to survive the resulting sequence when a RUN card starts the program. In the alternate rules, instructions are dealt randomly in a loop and players take turns claiming the ones they believe will help them win. This version places more emphasis on the initial selection of instructions and reduces the role of luck.
