Realm of Heroes

In a Western fantasy kingdom without a ruler, players build castles, recruit heroes, and lead armies in a struggle for control. Each player places a leader and tower on a scenario-based or randomly generated map. During each turn, plague may spread, unsupported heroes are replaced by plague, and players reinforce or upgrade their units. Heroes then move to capture territory, destroy opposing forces, and seize enemy leaders. The evolving board and limited luck can quickly change the balance of power.
