Snow Planner

Players manage an inn near snowy mountains and run it across a series of rounds using dice-placement mechanics. On a turn, players place dice on their board or shared spaces to hire staff, attract guests, complete projects, or upgrade rooms; dice also represent employee work time and can be gained as permanent or part-time helpers. Guests pay at the end of each round and may stay additional nights, while placing tiles on the player board upgrades the hotel and increases bonuses and income. Each player begins with a talent card that grants a unique ability to shape strategy. The game scores points for income, upgrades, fulfilled goals, and VIP guests; the highest scorer wins.
