Super Motherload

Players lead a crew of pod pilots on a corporate drilling expedition beneath the surface of Mars to extract rare minerals and earn corporate acclaim. Each player manages a personal deck of cards, using cards to bomb and drill tiles on a modular board that scrolls as new sections are added and removed. Collected minerals act as currency to buy stronger cards that improve drilling actions or grant immediate bonuses, and purchased cards also score victory points. Achievement cards offer additional scoring opportunities. The game combines tile placement, spatial planning, and deck-building for 2–4 players.

I don't understand the high ranking. The gameplay is one of the most boring I've ever seen. Play cards and dig to get some stuff, rinse and repeat till the end of the game. Wow...
