Tag Team
Two-on-two arcade-style fighting distilled into an auto-battler with deck-building. Players draft a pair of fighters from a roster of twelve, each fighter bringing a distinct small deck of techniques and special moves. Games play out automatically: reveal and resolve cards one at a time, with defensive blocks and timing affecting outcomes. Between rounds, players add new cards to their programmed deck without changing the existing card order, creating synergies and combos from the sequence already in play. Victory comes from KOing the opposing team by crafting complementary decks and anticipating the flow of automated exchanges.

Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
If a Fighter has 5 Aflame! tokens and is Incinerated, does that count as HP loss or trigger Health-track effects?
Being Incinerated is not a Health Point loss, so Health-track icons are not triggered; the Fighter immediately loses the Fight regardless of Health Tracks. (p.4)
When Bödvar transforms to his Berserker Bear, what happens to HP, healing, and any tokens on him?
On the Turn Bödvar Transforms he ignores all HP loss and Healing; any tokens assigned to him must be transferred to the Berserker Bear, and the Bear’s starting HP is set equal to Bödvar’s Power when the board is flipped. (p.3)
Does the Golem's Presence token block all damage and does it protect the Golem itself?
The Presence token only protects the Golem’s Partner from Attacks (it does not protect from Direct Damage or other effects) and it does not protect the Golem itself; an Attack that removes the token is still considered a successful Attack even though no HP were lost. (p.10)
If Milady unleashes a Scheme as part of a card action played simultaneously with an opponent’s card, when does the Scheme resolve?
Schemes unleashed by a card action are treated as the Action of that card and are performed in the same action window as the opponent’s card Actions, so flip and resolve the Scheme along with the card’s resolution (see example). (p.8)
If a card is Reanimated and it's an Attack, do both activations count separately and how do Stops/Blocks interact?
A reanimated Attack is two separate Attacks: a Stop that interrupted the first still allows the second to move the Health marker, and if a Block was played it blocks both activations while the Block’s Bonus Action only applies once. (p.11)
When multiple Schemes with Poison are unleashed, when does Poison apply and can Poison KO a Fighter?
Poison is resolved after all other Scheme Actions; each Poison token deals Direct Damage equal to half the Fighter’s new HP (round down), and because of that calculation Poison cannot KO a Fighter. (p.9)
