The King in the North
Strategic two-player wargame about the First Carlist War in northern Spain, fought between 1833 and 1839. One player commands the Isabelino forces, including the Royal Guard, regular army, militias, Chapelgorris, and Foreign Legion; the other leads the Carlist factions of Álava, Castile, Guipúzcoa, Navarre, and Biscay. Players maneuver and fight across the northern theater using mechanisms similar to those in Sekigahara and Granada.
