The Queen's New Capital
A Queen seeks a new capital, while provincial governors compete to have their regions selected. In this deck-building city-development game, players draw six cards and play four each round to construct scoring structures, recruit leaders with passive abilities, acquire stronger action cards, and respond to Political and Warfare crises. Players develop four Province Status tracks—Might, Morale, Influence, and Wealth—balancing infrastructure, security, and political stability. The first to earn eight Recognition Seals by reaching five points on each track wins.
