2001 · Civilization
Ur: 1830 BC
The game for people afraid of trains. Bring your own shovel. Players control ancient kingdoms, buying land and diverting river water through irrigation channels. Reservoirs, pumps, and increasingly efficient waterworks improve the flow as the game progresses, while landowners collect income and kingdoms fund future upgrades. The game ends when the available water is exhausted or a kingdom can no longer meet its obligations. The player with the most land and money wins.

Pep3.0 Interesting twist in 18xx games. Good idea. In the other hand, broken game, reservoirs are too big early in game, so no water flows downside on second third of the game. Played with 4.
