Virus!
Players treat their tableau as a patient and play cards to build or sabotage bodies in a race to isolate four healthy organs. Each turn a player either plays a card or discards any number of cards, then draws back up to three. Cards are organs, viruses, pills, or special actions; organs are limited to one of each type in a player’s area. Viruses and pills target organs by color and can be placed on any player’s organs; two pills immunize an organ against infection. Special action cards and tactical plays let players hinder rivals while protecting their own organs until someone has four healthy organs and wins.

Iván Sanin7.2 Juego de mil y una partidas. Rápido, ágil, con muchísima interacción. Un estilo "Uno" (por el tipo de filler) pero más completo, con la misma mala leche y con la incerteza constante de no saber quién va a ser la persona ganadora.

Can I skip my turn without playing or discarding?
No — on your turn you must choose either to play exactly one card or to discard any number of cards, then draw back up to three; you cannot spend your turn without making a move (page 1).
How many virus cards does it take to destroy an organ?
One virus placed on a free organ infects it (making it unhealthy); placing a second virus on that infected organ destroys it and all three cards are placed in the discard pile (page 2).
Can I have two organs of the same type/color on my body?
No — you cannot have two organs of the same type on your body at any time; note that a multicolored organ allows you to have five different organs, but you still win when you have four healthy organs (pages 1–2).
Do medicines and viruses have to match the organ color, or can I use them on any color?
Regular medicines and viruses must be used only on organs or cards of the same color, while multicolored cards (organs, viruses or medicines) can be applied to cards of any color (page 2).
Can I steal or swap an immunized organ with Transplant, Organ Thief or Medical Error?
You cannot steal or transplant an immunized organ with Transplant or Organ Thief, but Medical Error swaps entire bodies and does exchange immunized organs as well (page 2).
