2010 · Card Game
Zen Master
Players play one card each trick aiming to avoid both the highest and lowest plays. The turn's scoring card determines how many light tokens the highest card earns and how many dark tokens the lowest card earns, and players collect those tokens accordingly. After the round, players cancel any pairs of light and dark tokens; remaining tokens count toward their score. Each round leaves one card unplayed, giving players a discard choice that affects future tricks. After several rounds, the player with the lowest total score wins.
