Ascension: Darkness Unleashed Center Deck

This expansion adds Dark Energy Shards and new Energize cards to the center deck, introducing a variant of Energy Shards that draw a card, provide one energy, and trigger a Fate effect allowing each player to banish a card from their discard when the shard enters the center row. New card types include Energize Heroes, Constructs, and Monsters that transform into altered or upgraded versions of themselves; some monsters are added to a player’s hand transformed when defeated in the center row. Players acquire, defeat, and banish cards as usual, and score Honor at game end for whichever version of a card is active in their deck. Requires the core set for starting cards, always-available cards, honor tokens, and other base components.
