Barrage: Executive Officer Promo B

Two new executive officers offer distinct player powers and integrate into the standard action-and-resource engine. One officer provides a personal action space: place an Engineer there during the Action Phase to produce energy equal to the Water Drops in the player’s Dams. This production cannot receive bonuses but may be used to fulfill Contracts, and the Water Drops remain unchanged. The other officer modifies production rules for Powerhouses: when producing energy with a Production action, the player may draw Water Drops from one or more of their connected Dams or Neutral Dams. A specific company ability interaction limits this to the first production when using the German company ability.
