An ancient city of crossroads serves as both a base for adventurers and a setting for intrigue, exploration, and danger. Characters can investigate political dealings in the Romus bath houses, search the catacombs for the Skullcap, navigate secret alleys, or brave the Black Ward and Gypsy market. The setting includes a guide to the city, new rules, spells, domains, and monsters, along with adventures, player and Game Master reference material, detailed city and district maps, and battle tiles depicting an ancient bath and a burned-out bell tower.
